The platform needed to balance depth with usability. Futures For All operates across research, policy, and advocacy, each with its own content demands and user expectations.
Designing for this meant creating an experience that could serve young people, educators, employers, and speakers alike, while keeping navigation intuitive and content accessible. Without a clear system, this level of complexity would quickly become inconsistent and difficult to manage.

The project began by defining a robust design system in Figma, establishing the rules before designing the pages.
Typography, colour, spacing, and layout were formalised into a clear visual language, supported by a library of modular components and repeatable patterns. This created a shared framework that allowed designs to scale naturally, while maintaining consistency across the entire platform.

The final platform gives Futures For All a clear, confident digital presence, alongside the tools it needs to evolve over time.
By shifting from standalone pages to a cohesive system, the organisation is now better equipped to communicate, scale, and deliver impact long into the future.
